Als teamleider verpleegkundige bloedafname zorg jij ervoor dat het team vlot en efficiënt functioneert. De bloedafname bestaat uit een zestiental laboranten en verpleegkundigen. We zijn actief op drie verschillende campussen (campus Rumbeke, campus Torhout en het Sint-Andries ziekenhuis in Tielt). Daarnaast zijn er nog nevenactiviteiten op andere locaties. Het team maakt deel uit van de dienst laboratoriumgeneeskunde AZ Delta.

Wij hebben deze job voor jou

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en werking van het team ambulante bloedafname, in het bijzonder op campus Rumbeke.
• Afhankelijk van de noden van patiënten en aanvragers sta je in voor een vlotte, effectieve en efficiënte dienstverlening van het team.
• Binnen de bloedafname sta je in voor het contact tussen de patiënt en het klinisch laboratorium. Je bent dus het uithangbord van het klinisch laboratorium.
• Net als je teamleden sta je in voor de ontvangst van de patiënt, de administratieve verwerking van de labo-aanvraag en de uitvoering van de bloedafname.
• Je hebt aandacht voor het welzijn van de patiënt en het kwalitatief correct uitvoeren van de verschillende procedures.
• Je benadert iedere patiënt op een respectvolle en zorgzame manier, en dit zonder onderscheid op basis van geslacht, nationaliteit, godsdienstige of filosofische overtuiging.
• Het begrip “bloedafname” omvat naast de veneuze bloedafname ook andere activiteiten zoals bloedafname via poortkatheter en PICC, glucosetolerantietesten, aderlatingen, zweettesten, PRP bereidingen, plaatsen van tuberculinetesten, afnemen van nasopharyngeale wissers ed. Voor al deze verschillende activiteiten zal een opleiding gegeven worden op basis van jouw voorkennis.
• Je bent een heel essentiële schakel tussen patiënt en het laboratorium!
• Je rapporteert aan de hoofdlaborant/klinisch bioloog verantwoordelijk voor bloedafname.

• Een voltijds (38u) contract van onbepaalde duur omdat we samen met jou werk willen maken van een duurzame samenwerking.

• De openingsuren van de bloedafname liggen tussen 6u30 en 20u. Op zaterdag liggen deze tussen 7u30 en 14u. Er wordt niet gewerkt op zondag/feestdagen.

Over de job

• Je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het labo.
• Je voert de analytische taken uit die je werden toevertrouwd en staat in voor de administratieve en communicatieve taken daaruit voortvloeiend.
• Daarbij heb je aandacht voor het continue verbeterproces. 
• Je vervult de nodige taken op vlak van het uitvoeren en interpreteren van Interne QC, resultaatconfirmatie en alle registraties in het kwaliteitssysteem van het laboratorium.

Principais Responsabilidades

Vallei is een open afdeling die een warm en ondersteunend klimaat probeert te scheppen voor 40 patiënten met een langdurige en ernstige psychiatrische problematiek. Er verblijven voornamelijk mensen met een psychotisch lijden. Maar ook stemmingsstoornissen, (problematisch) alcohol- en druggebruik of hechtingsmoeilijkheden zijn problematieken waar mensen mee worstelen.

Enerzijds verblijft er een ouder wordend publiek dat nood heeft aan lichamelijke zorgen en zoveel mogelijk leeft op de afdeling (verantwoordelijkheden, functies en rollen opnemen binnen de afdeling).Voor hen is de afdeling hun thuis, een blijvend asiel. Anderzijds zijn er meer dynamische subafdelingen zoals Breeg (10 patiënten in een aparte vleugel met studiowonen), en Tussenhuis (6 patiënten, die een gemeenschapshuis huren in het dorp, vlakbij de afdeling). Hier verblijft een jonger, ongekend en vaak acuter publiek dat nood heeft aan meer één op één begeleiding en nog meer zoekend, worstelend is in hun positie binnen de verhouding kliniek-maatschappij. Vallei biedt dus onderdak aan een erg heterogeen publiek. Eigen aan al deze mensen is dat ze lijden aan het leven, aan de vanzelfsprekendheid van het leven zelf. Vandaar het grote belang van het samen tussen de mensen leven.

Vallei is een bijzondere en boeiende plek, tegelijk binnen maar ook buiten een psychiatrisch ziekenhuis met een quasi uniek profiel. Vallei werkt ook afdelings-en ziekenhuisoverstijgend samen met centra die dezelfde visie delen. Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer you will work as part of the global and/or site engineering team, to lead and/or support deployment of digital industrial as well as business support for the solutions. You will play a critical role in the interaction between digital and business being the first level of contact for DOS for diagnostic and problem solving. Key tasks & Activities:
Project Management
- Manage deploy and adoption of existing Digital Operations tools as part of the scaling program to our plants.
- Performs initial assessments of the plant’s current digital setup, conducts gap analyses, and identifies requirements for change requests and system enhancements.
- Manages relationships with the supplier, plant, corporate, digital team and in some cases the client for projects handled by the team (only in the implementation step, not in project scope and requirements definition step);
- Leads the hypercare phase as the single point of contact for projects under their responsibility;
- Proposes ideas to support effective change management, recognizing that digital tool implementation requires behavioral adoptation.
Business Support
- Is the first level of Digital Operations Systems ongoing support and interaction with business related with digital operation solutions implemented for the plants;
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues and manages the solution with the responsible area;
- Performs data analysis as a subject matter expert and shares insights and knowledge with the business.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in the digital side related to known projects;
- Monitors KPI already defined by the team, conducting periodical analyses from different systems in order to assure data consistency;
- Identifies operational gaps when the project is deployed and suggests small improvements regarding new processes that might need to be added.
Training and Development
- Manages with the different counterparts the deployment tasks: tests, go live, training and training material for projects handled by the team;

Wat doe je concreet?

• Je neemt een rol op binnen de opleidingsonderdelen Analytische Chemie en Instrumentele Analyse alsook in het opleidingsonderdeel labo Organische Chemie in het 2^de jaar van de professionele bachelor Chemie. 
• Daarnaast neem je een rol op binnen opleidingsonderdelen in het eerste jaar zoals o.a. Toegepaste Wiskunde, Toegepaste Fysica en het Algemene labovaardigheden. Het eerste jaar wordt gemeenschappelijk georganiseerd door beide opleidingen. 
• Afhankelijk van je competenties en interesse zal je ook in andere opleidingsonderdelen ingezet worden. 
• Je werkt samen met je collega’s een coherent en authentiek lessenpakket uit voor jouw opleidingsonderdelen vertrekkende vanuit vooropgestelde leerdoelen.
  Hierbij deel je jouw expertise en maak je ook gebruik van het materiaal dat reeds voorhanden is. 
• Verder denk je mee na over educational design, nieuwe (vak)inhouden, werkvormen,… en geef je mee vorm aan het nieuwe curriculum dat beide opleidingen momenteel ontwikkelen.

Wat is je profiel?

En tant que coordinateur du service Vie Quotidienne, vous êtes responsable de la direction journalière du service vie quotidienne du centre. Contexte

Le centre d’accueil de Schaerbeek est un centre d’accueil fédéral géré par Fedasil avec une capacité de 76 places pour MENA. Il est l'un des centres d’accueil de deuxième phase pour mineurs étrangers non accompagnés en Belgique.

Une équipe de près de 35 collaborateurs, répartis en plusieurs services, est présente pour assurer l’encadrement des jeunes et réaliser les différentes missions du centre. Le centre répond aux besoins quotidiens de base (tels que logement, nourriture et vêtements), et les jeunes reçoivent également une assistance sociale, juridique, médicale et psychologique.

Les membres du personnel assurent l'encadrement des résidents et ont différentes tâches et différents profils. Ensemble, ils constituent les divers services du centre : l'accueil, le service social, le service médical, le service technique-logistique, la coordination, le service accompagnement scolaire, les initiatives de quartier, les accompagnateurs et éducateurs... Salaire

Vous serez embauché comme Expert dans le niveau B1 avec le barème salarial qui s'applique à votre situation. Le salaire mensuel minimal est de 2 972 € (salaire de départ sans ancienneté sur la base d'un contrat de travail à temps plein, à l'indice actuel). PROCEDURE DE SELECTION

Présélection

La commission de sélection évalue toutes les candidatures. La présélection s'effectue sur la base de votre dossier de candidature (CV et lettre de motivation, diplôme + équivalence et attestation si nécessaire). Seuls les candidats dont le profil correspond le mieux aux exigences de la fonction seront invités à l'entretien de sélection.

Sélection

L’épreuve de sélection consiste en un entretien de sélection, éventuellement précédé d’un test écrit, durant la semaine du 11/08/2025. Les coordonnées des candidats qui ont réussi l’épreuve seront sauvegardées pour constituer une réserve de recrutement pour tous types de contrats de travail, tous les centres Fedasil francophones et ce pour une durée de deux ans. Les candidats qui n'ont pas réussi ne peuvent plus se présenter dans les 6 mois si une nouvelle procédure de sélection pour une fonction similaire dans le même niveau devait s'organiser.

Fedasil kent materiële hulp toe aan verzoekers om internationale bescherming en aan andere vreemdelingen die recht hebben op opvang (‘Opvangwet’ van 12 januari 2007). Het Agentschap organiseert, rechtstreeks of via zijn partners, kwaliteitsvolle opvang en begeleiding en staat ook in voor de observatie en oriëntatie van niet-begeleide minderjarige vreemdelingen (de 'NBMV'). Fedasil coördineert de organisatie van vrijwillige terugkeer naar de herkomstlanden. Het Agentschap ondersteunt de uitwerking en voorbereiding van het opvangbeleid en wil bijdragen aan een correcte beeldvorming, de maatschappelijke aanvaarding en de uitvoering van een rechtvaardig migratiebeleid.

FUNCTIE

Doel

Je biedt de centrumbewoners (volwassenen en kinderen) op een systematische manier praktische en sociale begeleiding met bijzondere aandacht voor de specifieke noden van de doelgroep.

Specifiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking van een activiteitenprogramma voor kinderen, adolescenten en volwassenen.

Context

Het opvangcentrum heeft een capaciteit van 170 bewoners en er werken 40 personeelsleden.

Deze personeelsleden hebben zeer diverse profielen en staan in voor de goede werking van het centrum: sociaal werkers, opvoeders, onthaalmedewerkers, verpleegkundigen, begeleiders…. Het opvangcentrum voorziet immers niet alleen in de dagelijkse basisbehoeften (zoals onderdak, voedsel en kledij), verzoekers om internationale bescherming krijgen ook sociale, juridische en medische bijstand. Bovendien organiseert het centrum verschillende activiteiten en opleidingen zodat de bewoners hun tijd nuttig kunnen besteden. Als begeleider werk je binnen de sociale dienst, deze bestaat uit 2 medewerkers (meer informatie over het centrum in kwestie vind je op www.fedasil.be).

Inhoud

• Je geeft bewoners uitleg over hun rechten en plichten. Je biedt hen praktische ondersteuning bij dagelijkse activiteiten en verplichtingen. Indien nodig verwijs je door naar gespecialiseerde instanties.
• Je ziet toe op de naleving van het huishoudelijk reglement, sensibiliseert bewoners over de gedragsregels en treedt proactief op bij conflicten of klachten.
• Je ondersteunt bewoners bij het ontwikkelen van meer autonomie en een gestructureerd levenspatroon. Je waakt over hun persoonlijke hygiëne.
• Je volgt persoonlijke handelingsplannen mee op, bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op en fungeert als voorbeeldfiguur.
• Je stelt taakplanningen op, vult het logboek in, maakt standaardrapporten en beheert documenten en dossiers. Je helpt ook bij het opstellen van activiteitenroosters.
• Je werkt het activiteitenprogramma uit voor kinderen, adolescenten en volwassenen. Je zorgt ervoor dat er minstens twee keer per week een aanbod is.
• Je hebt affiniteit met kinderen, organiseert kringgesprekken en zet specifieke kinderactiviteiten op.
• Je geeft opleidingen aan kinderen en volwassenen over o.a. afvalbeheer en maatschappelijke integratie.
• Samen met vrijwilligers bied je huiswerkbegeleiding aan.
• Je werkt mee aan thematische projecten, zoals opendeurdagen en feestmomenten.
• Je rapporteert aan andere diensten.
• Je beheert het beschikbare materiaal en de ruimtes.
• Je ondersteunt en begeleidt vrijwilligers.
• Je biedt praktische ondersteuning bij buurtactiviteiten.
• Je maakt deel uit van de interventieploeg.

Diploma en ervaring

 Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een sociale richting.

Je hebt een eerste relevante professionele ervaring als begeleider van personen of groepen.

 Technische competenties

Je kan vlot werken met MS Office: Word, Excel...

Je hebt voeling met/interesse in het werken met een kwetsbare en diverse doelgroep.

AANBOD

Type overeenkomst

Contract bepaalde duur tot het einde van 2025.

Er wordt een werfreserve aangelegd voor de duur van minstens 2 jaar voor alle type arbeidsovereenkomsten. De aangelegde werfreserve kan ook door andere opvangcentra gebruikt worden.

Categorie B: Systeem op basis van uurroosters met vaste en variabele uren en prestaties van 7u36 per dag, vroeg, laat en occasioneel weekendwerk.

1 tot 2 late shiften 13u30 – 21u30 per week.

Je wordt aangeworven op het niveau C1 met de loonschaal die voor jou van toepassing is. Het minimum maandsalaris bedraagt bruto 2524,47€ (startsalaris op basis van een voltijdse arbeidsovereenkomst, aan de huidige index). SELECTIEPROCEDURE

Voorselectie

De selectiecommissie bestudeert alle kandidaturen. De preselectie gebeurt op basis van je kandidatuurdossier (CV en motivatiebrief, diploma + gelijkstelling en attest indien nodig). Alleen de kandidaten waarvan het profiel het meest aansluit bij de functievereisten zullen worden uitgenodigd voor een selectiegesprek.

Selectie

De selectie bestaat uit een schriftelijke test en een gesprek en zal plaatsvinden op donderdag 31/07/2025.

Van de kandidaten die geschikt worden bevonden, wordt de kandidatuur voor de duur van 2 jaar in een wervingsreserve bijgehouden. Deze wervingsreserve kan door andere opvangcentra geraadpleegd worden. Kandidaten die niet geslaagd zijn, kunnen gedurende 6 maanden niet meer deelnemen aan een nieuwe procedure voor een gelijkaardige functie op hetzelfde niveau.
