Contexte
Le Centre d’Arrivée (AMC), créé en 2018, est la porte d’entrée unique pour tout demandeur de protection internationale (DPI) en Belgique. Il accueille chaque année plusieurs milliers de personnes et assure un premier accueil comprenant assistance matérielle et évaluation des besoins. Les flux d’arrivée sont variables et peuvent générer des situations de crise nécessitant. L’environnement de travail est bilingue et fortement collaboratif, impliquant des interactions avec d’autres services opérationnels et divers partenaires institutionnels.
L'AMC se compose de deux départements opérationnels : le département "Dispatching" et le département "Accueil & Orientation".
Le Dispatching, composé de 55 membre du personnes. y joue un rôle central en examinant les situations sociales et médicales des DPI afin de les orienter vers une structure adaptée.
Le département "Accueil et Orientation" assure la prise en charge des résidents au sein du centre pendant le processus d'arrivée initiale (le premier accueil). durant plusieurs jours. Ce centre de 1ere phase a une capacité de 850 résidents et compte 200 membres du personnel.
Le service « Médical » du Dispatching est en charge du screening médical des bénéficiaires incluant le contrôle dépistage de la tuberculose (TBC ), la vaccination, la réalisation d’une anamnèse et une labélisation des besoins médicaux et des vulnerabilités pour une orientation adaptée en structure d’accueil collective. Le service médical peut si nécessaire prodiguer des soins, assurer une consultation médicale, orienter vers un hôpital. En tant que médecin, vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe composée de 7 infirmiers/ères, et 3 assistant(e)s administratif(ve)s en secrétariat médical, sous la responsabilité d’un(e) chef(fe) de service et son adjoint(e).
Contenu
- Vous participez au premier screening médical des nouveaux demandeurs de protection internationale.
- Vous assurez le triage médical, prenez si nécessaire des mesures de stabilisation immédiates et orientez en temps utile vers les services d’urgence.
- Vous évaluez les besoins en soins et en accueil en vue d’une orientation sûre et adaptée au sein du réseau d’accueil. À cet égard, vous contribuez à déterminer si une orientation vers une structure de soins est indiquée plutôt que vers une structure d’accueil régulière.
- Vous établissez un plan de soins temporaire garantissant la sécurité et la continuité des soins jusqu’à ce que le demandeur soit vu par le service médical de la structure d’accueil ou de soins désignée.
- Vous enregistrez avec précision les données médicales dans le dossier médical électronique et assurez une transmission correcte et complète des informations médicales vers la structure d’accueil désignée, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur en matière de protection des données.
- Vous signalez les risques médicaux susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur le contexte d’accueil et prenez les mesures appropriées en concertation avec les services concernés.
- Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les infirmiers/ères, les autres collaborateurs du service Dispatching et la coordination médicale, au quotidien et via des concertations.
- Vous apportez un soutien aux infirmiers/ères dans le screening médical et agissez comme personne de référence médicale pour les questions cliniques, les évaluations et les décisions.

Sélection

Hof Sint Jozef onderscheidt zich qua doelgroep van de meeste andere woonzorgcentra. Er wonen namelijk veel ouderen die nog relatief zelfstandig zijn. Dit geeft jou en je collega’s de tijd en ruimte om jouw job uit te oefenen met de nodige aandacht en zorg.

Wat ga je doen?
We zoeken een afdelingsverantwoordelijke/hoofdverpleegkundige.
Jij zal verantwoordelijk worden voor het reilen en zeilen van je eigen wooneenheid. Uiteraard in nauwe samenwerking met je collega-hoofdverpleegkundige.
Je takenpakket is heel gevarieerd, maar wat doe je concreet?
1. Bewonerszorg & klinisch leiderschap
- Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familieleden, artsen en andere betrokken zorgverleners. Je informeert en adviseert bewoners en hun naasten op een open en respectvolle manier, geeft inspraak en behandelt vragen, suggesties en klachten.
- Je hebt oog voor alle levensdomeinen van bewoners en werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij palliatieve zorg, stervensbegeleiding en rouwverwerking.
- Vanuit jouw verpleegkundige expertise vertaal je medische adviezen naar een kwalitatieve zorgaanpak. Je ondersteunt je team actief op de werkvloer, volgt de zorg van bewoners van nabij op en bewaakt de kwaliteit en volledigheid van de zorgdossiers. Ook volg je de zorgzwaarte op en neem je deel aan vakinhoudelijke werkgroepen.
2. Teammanagement
- Je geeft enthousiast leiding aan een team van verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en logistieke medewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen de afdeling. Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
- Je neemt je een actieve rol op in HR-processen zoals aanwerving, onthaal, opleiding, evaluatie en verzuimopvolging. Je begeleidt studenten en stagiairs en creëert een leeromgeving waarin medewerkers kansen krijgen om te groeien.
- Samen met je team bouw je aan een positieve werkcultuur waarin samenwerking, erkenning en betrokkenheid centraal staan.
3. Organisatie en planning
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van jouw afdeling. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning, een duidelijke werkverdeling en een goede continuïteit van de zorg.
- Je organiseert overleg- en overdrachtsmomenten, bewaakt de administratieve opvolging van bewonersdossiers van opname tot ontslag en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers beschikken over de nodige materialen en middelen om kwaliteitsvolle zorg te verlenen.
4. Kwaliteit, beleid en campuswerking
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorg op jouw afdeling en neemt initiatieven die bijdragen aan de verdere verbetering van bewonerszorg, levenskwaliteit en dienstverlening.
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het verpleegkundig beleid en volgt kwaliteitsindicatoren, controles en veiligheidsrondes op. Daarnaast neem je deel aan campusbrede projecten rond onder meer kwaliteit, informatisering, zorgprocessen en organisatieontwikkeling.
- Je draagt actief bij aan de realisatie van de missie en visie van de organisatie. Bij afwezigheid van de campusverantwoordelijke neem je samen met je collega-hoofdverpleegkundige mee de operationele verantwoordelijkheid van de campus op.
Is het iets voor jou?
In de eerste plaats zoeken we een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste kandidaat met een hedendaagse visie op ouderenzorg. Je dient minimaal te beschikken over een bachelordiploma verpleegkunde aangevuld met een kaderopleiding of een banaba zorgmanagement of een master in de verpleegkunde (of je bent bereid één van deze opleidingen te volgen).
Het is geen must, maar bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring als leidinggevende.

Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners goede zorgen krijgen. Ons woonzorgcentrum is onderverdeeld in 4 wooneenheden.
Je zal je inzetten om bewoners met de nodige zorg omringen. Jij staat garant voor stipte en kwalitatieve zorg, zoals onze bewoners het graag hebben.
Je waakt over hun hygiëne, voeding, verzorging, beweging en rust. Kortom je zorgt voor een goed gevoel bij de bewoners.
Je werkt in vroege en late diensten, de collega's van de nachtdienst nemen nadien de zorg van je over.

Dankzij jouw technische vakmanschap kunnen cliënten en zorgprofessionals dagelijks gebruikmaken van goed onderhouden hulpmiddelen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze hulpmiddelen veilig en verantwoord ingezet kunnen blijven worden.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze veelzijdige rol werk je zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie bij zorginstellingen.
- Je keurt hulpmiddelen volgens wetgeving, protocollen en geldende normeringen
- Je voert inspecties uit in de werkplaats en bij klanten op locatie
- Je verricht onderhoud, aanpassingen en reparaties, bij voorkeur direct na de keuring
- Je werkt binnen de vastgestelde normtijden zodat hulpmiddelen snel weer inzetbaar zijn
- Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen zorgvuldig
- Je bent vraagbaak voor klanten en interne collega’s over het gebruik van hulpmiddelen
- Je signaleert verbeterpunten en stemt deze af met klant, adviseur of supervisor
- Je draait periodiek mee in de storingsdienst (avond en weekend), uiteraard met passende vergoeding

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the development of AI platform infrastructure and integrations with internal systems, establishing technical standards and best practices.

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência profissional em gestão de produto (Product Ownership) ou análise de negócio (Business Analysis) em empresas de SaaS ou de software empresarial;

• Experiência com SAFe Agile será considerada uma mais-valia;
• Excelentes competências de comunicação e de gestão de stakeholders;
• Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Gestão ou numa área relacionada;
• Preferencialmente, certificação Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM ou certificação equivalente.
