Descripción de Funciones:

  • Análisis y prospección de mercados en las áreas de impermeabilización y aislamiento de edificios.
  • Visitas a potenciales clientes.
  • Prospección de nuevos clientes.
  • Elaboración, presentación, seguimiento y negociación de presupuestos.

 

Perfil del candidato:

  • Formación técnica.
  • Experiencia profesional mínima de 3 años en funciones similares.
  • Fuerte orientación hacia el cliente y resultados.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, planificación y organización.
  • Disponibilidad para desplazamientos.

In onze 17 woonzorgcentra en 7 kinderdagverblijven beantwoorden medewerkers de zorgbehoefte van cliënten én ook de eigen behoefte om zorg te geven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zorgt samen met je collega’s mee voor een aangename leefwereld voor bewoners met aandacht voor hun welzijn. Een informerende babbel met bewoners en hun naasten hoort er ook bij.
  • Je voert verzorgende en gedelegeerde verpleegkundige taken uit.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit in functie van het bewonersdossier.

A Função

Integrando a equipa Comercial na Área Metropolitana de Lisboa, este profissional será responsável pelo suporte legal e administrativo ao processo de venda, assegurando o correto acompanhamento dos processos contratuais e documentais, nomeadamente em processos de KYC, desde a fase de reserva até à escritura. Principais Responsabilidades

Stap 5: Assessmentcenter Dit gedeelte is beschrijvend en adviserend voor de selectiejury. We testen je op de vereiste kern- en gedragscompetenties, zoals deze werden vastgesteld in de functiebeschrijving. Het assessment staat ingepland op.

Stap 5: Eindbeslissing

De selectiejury bespreekt jouw resultaat van stap 4 en 5 en kiest de laureaat voor deze procedure.

Tijdens de eindbeslissing stellen we een eindrangschikking op waarna we iedereen telefonisch op de hoogte brengen van zijn/haar resultaat en de laureaat de functie aanbieden.

Functie :

Naar aanleiding van onze nieuwe ‘innight’ logistieke activiteiten waarin we niet-pers gerelateerde pakketten leveren aan nieuwe klanten, zoeken wij heden een Innight delivery – Process Manager. Deze kaderfunctie rapporteert aan de Operations Manager B2B en staat op centraal niveau in voor :

  • enerzijds de ondersteuning bij de implementatie van deze nieuwe diensten in onze 6 distributie-sites.
  • anderzijds de day-to-day operationele opvolging op overkoepelend niveau in nauw contact en overleg met de klant en alle interne en externe stakeholders.

De Operations Process Manager – Innight delivery is verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en bewaken van de logistieke processen en systemen in samenwerking met alle interne en externe stakeholders.

  • De focus ligt op efficiëntie, kwaliteit, kostenbeheersing en continue verbetering van operationele workflows binnen magazijn-, transport- en supplychain activiteiten.

Verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Project implementatie in een eerste fase tot eind 2026
    • Het centrale projectteam van AMP coördineert het project, je bent echter nauw mee operationeel betrokken bij de gefaseerde implementatie van onze nieuwe ‘innight delivery’ activiteiten in onze verschillende sites (Lokeren, Roeselare, Jumet, Wommelgem, Asse, Paal-Beringen).
    • Zo implementeren wij momenteel voor onze innight delivery klant de distributie van pakketten naar service monteurs zodat deze service monteurs hun materiaal en wisselstukken vóór 7:00u ontvangen vooraleer ze naar hun werk ’s morgens vertrekken naar potentieel zo’n 3000tal adressen in België.
    • Je verplaatst je daarom regelmatig in de nacht naar onze sites om hands-on in samenwerking met onze collega’s en transporteurs in de sites het proces op te volgen en te begeleiden en op te leiden waar nuttig en nodig. Typisch is dit vooral nuttig op het piekmoment waarop alle chauffeurs aankomen/loaden in de site (tussen 2:00 à 3:00u) of ook wanneer ze terug komen met de retouren en niet-geleverde producten tussen 6:00 à 9:00u).
  • Day-to-day ‘innight delivery’ operations
    • Je fungeert als centraal contactpunt en ‘control tower’ voor onze innight delivery klant voor allerlei operationele uitdagingen.
    • Je volgt elke dag (met een piekmoment vooral tussen 6:00-8:00u) nauwgezet de routes op en communiceert pro-actief met de klant op welke routes mogelijks issues te melden zijn indien de leveringen vóór 7:00u in gedrang komt.
    • Je creëert daarom pro-actief een overkoepelend zicht op alle mogelijke issues overheen onze 6 distributie-sites vóór 7:00u ’s morgens om de klant tijdig te kunnen informeren zodat de eindklant bij voorkeur ook maximaal tussen 7:00 en 8:00u geïnformeerd wordt. Je hanteert hierbij verschillende systemen en tools die je hierbij kunnen ondersteunen (track & trace tool, … ).
    • Je werkt pro-actief oplossingen uit om vertragingen van leveringen maximaal te vermijden, in nauwe samenwerking met onze logistieke verantwoordelijken in de sites, met het transport departement, etc.
    • Je coördineert op centraal niveau de opvolging en status van alle klachten en issues en ziet er op toe dat er voor elke issue een antwoord/oplossing komt.
    • Je coördineert de nodige opleiding en begeleiding aan de chauffeurs van de verschillende onderaannemers, waarvan veel chauffeurs vaak anderstalig zijn. Je staat zelf ook mee in voor het geven van de opleidingen.
  • Coördinatie inzake Transport routes en ‘stamkaarten’ fiches aanpassingen
    • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de correcte toekenning van een nieuwe/gewijzigde drop-locatie op een welbepaalde route op efficiente volgorde, zodat deze nieuwe/gewijzigde locatie efficiënt tussen de winkelpunten wordt geplaatst op de route waar de persproducten worden geleverd aan de POS (points of sales), je houdt hiermee rekening met allerlei parameters (afstand, tijd, file, timings, gemiddeld aantal drops, volume, gewicht, … ). Je werkt hiervoor in verschillende systemen zoals SAP, RideMonitor, …
    • Je ziet er op een centraal niveau op toe dat de zogenaamde ‘stamkaarten’ fiches met informatie per drop-locatie up-to-date blijft en correct intern wordt verwerkt in de mappen in de sites, in de PDA instructies, alsook in de digitale archivage.
    • Onder meer voor deze specifieke taak heb je tevens een medewerker in jouw team om deze specifieke operationele taken eveneens te ondersteunen in de functie van Operations Process Coordinator – Innight Delivery.
  • Noodplannen opzetten en coördineren
    • Je werkt actief mee aan de goede uitvoering van de noodplannen voor verschillende mogelijke nood scenario’s. Bijvoorbeeld ingeval van staking, ingeval van onverwachtse omstandigheden zoals faillissement van een transporteur, laattijdige leveringen, onverwachtse weersomstandigheden of milieurampen, technische of systeem storingen, …
    • In voorkomend geval coördineer je eveneens mee de uitvoering van het betreffende noodplan in samenwerking met de site managers (hetzij van op afstand, je verplaatst je in de nacht naar de site indien nodig).
  • Continuous improvement
    • Je draagt bij met ideeën en initiatieven in het kader van continuous improvement om de transport activiteiten voor de krantenabonnementen te optimaliseren en bepaalde problemen of klachten structureel in de toekomst te vermijden in jouw regio.
    • Je deelt bijvoorbeeld ook spontaan best practices met jouw collega Regional Night Transport Coordinators met als doelstelling om maximaal efficiënt en uniform te werken in elke regio. Jullie fungeren ook als back-up voor elkaar ingeval van afwezigheden.
  • Rapportering en overleg
    • Je volgt nauwgezet de kpi's en rapporteringen op die relevant zijn voor de verdeling en formuleert actieplannen indien nodig. Je communiceert actief over de KPI's en resultaten en enthousiasmeert alle betrokkenen sites om de doelstellingen maximaal te behalen.
    • Voor deze rapporteringen voorzien we in een latere fase een Quality & Reporting expert om de nodige data en analyses en recurrente en ad hoc rapporteringen mee te ontwikkelen en aan te reiken.
    • Je coördineert en faciliteert het periodiek overleg met de innight delivery klanten waar topics aan bod komen zoals onder meer de KPI’s, ongoing projecten, issues, procesafspraken, …
  • Procesdocumentatie
    • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het documenteren en up-to-date houden van de procesdocumentatie en het opleidingsmateriaal, zowel voor onze interne medewerkers alsook voor de onderaannemers.

Profiel :

  • Je beschikt over minimum 10 tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke, transport of distributie omgeving, bij voorkeur met ervaring in de nacht.
  • Je bent sterk tweetalig frans en nederlands, een goede kennis van het Engels is eveneens wenselijk voor het contact met een grote diversiteit aan chauffeurs.
  • Je beschikt over sterke coördinatie skills en kan goed autonoom beslissen en handelen.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige proces en project skills om nieuwe processen en systemen mee te kunnen begeleiden tot deze volledig ingeburgerd zijn in onze logistieke operaties.

  • Aangezien je een spilfiguur bent tussen de nacht- en de dag- operaties en onze hoofdzetel wat betreft innight delivery’s qua communicatie en overleg werk je typisch tussen 01:00 ‘s nachts en 12:00u ‘s middags volgens de noden van de operaties. Je beheert je agenda autonoom.
