You are responsible for developing, implementing and following up on Duvel Moortgat's Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development strategy.

Our flavor profile

  • Develop & implement our Growth Academy. This academy is a robust training & development plan, blending in-house training programs with external expertise and/or programs. This learning platform should be designed to enhance skills & knowledge, motivate & retain employees, strengthen collaboration & team dynamics, develop leadership skills, and to strengthen the succession bench.
  • You are responsible for the implementation and keeping the HRIS system (Workday) up-to-date within your domain, so that it supports the HR processes and becomes a collaboration tool for HR, managers and employees.
  • You work out the long-term succession planning aligned with the company business strategy and the internal development potential.
  • You implement and follow up the performance management cycle that holds employees accountable to deliver their goals, that boosts performance and rewards accordingly. In close collaboration with the international HR Community, you manage the talent development review and succession planning process and coordinate the action planning related to it.
  • You measure and drive engagement of our employees through employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys and action plans. You bring the values/culture of Duvel Moortgat in the forefront of everything we do.
  • Improve our Employer Branding to attract the right talent e.g. redesign our Career site; LinkedIn postings.
  • Maintain and increase our network to attract talent e.g. universities, open days, job fairs, CEO roundtables, follow our CEO for 1 day.
  • Design & implement a rigorous recruitment process including onboarding & offboarding.
  • Develop a strong succession bench through deploying a solid Global Graduate Program, define career paths for top & middle management.
  • Work closely together with company leaders and HR business partners worldwide to develop & implement the Talent Management & Acquisition roadmap.
  • In this role, you will report to the CHRO.

Your ingredients

  • You have a Master Degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have strong conceptual as well as execution skills.
  • You have proven capabilities in assessment and development of human potential.
  • You have good interaction and communication competencies with proficient language capabilities in Dutch, English and French.
  • You can transfer knowledge and processes in a clear way to different target groups as well as take on the role of internal trainer. Knowledge of Insights discovery is a plus.
  • You have strong project management skills and are excited to collaborate permanently with various international internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are an inspiring leader and coach in the field of Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • You monitor and introduce trends within your field of expertise.
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System is a plus.
