We are looking for a Senior Customer Project Manager - Mobile Network based in Lisbon.

 

Job Role:

The Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently manages their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to manage performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Company business case.

Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety(O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

The CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric mindset to; predict and prevent, analyze and change, isolate and correct by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the establishment and optimization of project plan baselines for mobile network projects.
  2. Spearhead mobile network project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  3. Drive and optimize customer and stakeholder engagement in the mobile network sector.
  4. Take a lead role in complex project finance management for mobile network projects.
  5. Champion and drive delivery excellence across mobile network projects.
  6. Mentor and share advanced Company-wide knowledge and skills in mobile network telecommunications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree with 5+ years of senior-level experience in mobile network projects.

 

Competencies:

  • Exceptional project management skills in mobile network telecommunications.
  • Mastery of financial acumen, risk management, and mobile network standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ericsson's mobile network portfolio and industry trends.
  • Strong consultative skills and customer insight in mobile network telecommunications.

 

Location: Lisbon – hybrid work model
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
