What can you expect from the role?

As a foreman insulation installer, you will receive your assignment from the site manager. You are responsible for the practical execution of these assigned tasks, while adhering to the specified safety and quality requirements. Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Carrying out the tasks assigned by the site manager

• Guiding and supervising a small group of workers, while also working alongside them as a foreman

• Ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to the schedule

• Checking the completed work

• Handling limited administration on-site Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

• You have extensive experience in insulation

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a working foreman

• You have a valid VOL VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term

• You are proficient in Dutch and can communicate in English

• Safety and quality are a priority for you

• You work accurately and efficiently

• You are flexible

• You have a valid driver's license B and preferably your own vehicle
