What can you expect from the position?

As a Site Manager for Insulation, you will oversee and lead the execution of work on the site. Your tasks are extensive and include:

  • You are responsible for the supervision, execution, and completion of work in consultation with management.
  • You establish a schedule of activities and monitor their execution.
  • You place orders specific to the site and follow up on them.
  • You ensure the necessary flow of data regarding operational progress, safety, quality, deployment of personnel, resources, and invoicing.
  • You organize site meetings to inform employees about site information, safety information, and general company information.
  • You are capable of solving technical problems based on your expertise and experience.
  • You coach and supervise employees to maximize motivation and efficiency.
  • You ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding quality, safety, environment, health, and well-being.
  • You, in consultation with the HSEQW department, develop a safety plan.

  • You have followed a technical education and possess a full VCA certification.
  • You have strong expertise in industrial insulation.

  • You are capable of monitoring sites both technically and financially.

Altrad Services Benelux offers you an attractive salary in line with current market conditions. Furthermore, you are entitled to 20 statutory vacation days and 12 additional compensatory leave (CLA). It's important to note that there is no collective closure during the construction holiday.
