What can you expect from the position?

As a foreman electrical tracing, you receive your assignment from the site manager. You are responsible for the practical execution of these assigned tasks, while adhering to safety and quality requirements. Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Carrying out the assignment provided by the site manager

• Supervising your own team of up to five workers and working alongside them as a foreman

• Requesting all necessary materials (work preparation)

• Developing project safety and quality plans and discussing them

• Conducting risk analyses

• Monitoring safety, quality, and scheduling

• Checking the work performed

• Preparing invoicing

• Being responsible for limited site administration

Are you the new colleague we're looking for?

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an electrical tracer and/or in electricity

• You have experience in the industry and in leadership roles

• You have good technical insight

• Safety and quality are a priority for you

• You possess a valid VOL VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term

• You are proficient in Dutch and can express yourself in English

• You are communicative and can interact with customers

• You have a valid driver's license B and preferably your own car

• Employment will be in Belgium and the Netherlands
