What can you expect from the position?

As a rope access technician, you will work with a team of technicians to access various locations and provide a range of services that need to be performed on-site. Your responsibilities include:

• You are responsible for rope access work, ensuring the correct use of rope installations, and the safety of yourself and your team.

• You develop the work plan. Together with specialists, you prepare the work to be carried out (safely).

• You provide leadership to rope access level 1 & 2 technicians, apprentice technicians, and interns. You guide them on results, safety, quality, productivity, and responsibility.

• You ensure proper and correct execution of inspections, preservation, insulation, and mechanical work. Altrad Services Benelux provides the necessary expertise or on-site training for each type of task.

• You prepare reports.

Are you the new colleague we're looking for?

• You have relevant experience in a similar role.

• You have received relevant technical training or have equivalent experience.

• Experience in working at heights in the Oil & Gas Industry is definitely a plus.

• You have an IRATA Level 3 certificate.

• You possess a valid VOL VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term.

• You are proficient in Dutch and can express yourself in English.

• You have a valid driver's license B and preferably your own car. Additionally, you are willing to travel further distances.
