We are looking for a Implementation Manager Trainee - Mobile Network based in Lisbon.
Job Role:
Implementation Management is data driven to create insights and trends to effectively and efficiently manage all implementation services while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice The Implementation Manager adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety (O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating mobile network implementation work.
- Support the drive for continuous improvements in the implementation process.
- Learn to handle mobile network work orders and compensation procedures.
- Contribute to mobile network acceptance procedures and assure the quality of implementation work.
- Collaborate in managing the mobile network workforce under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or related field.
Competencies:
- Basic understanding of mobile network implementation processes.
- Developing organizational and coordination skills.
- Entry-level knowledge of Ericsson's mobile network portfolio and industry standards.
Location: Lisbon – hybrid work model
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
