We are looking for a Implementation Manager - Mobile Network based in Lisbon.
Job Role:
Implementation Management is data driven to create insights and trends to effectively and efficiently manage all implementation services while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice The Implementation Manager adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety (O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
Implementation Management has a leading and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission, Network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc. It is responsible for management of activities and personnel both from, customers and suppliers in accordance to requirements and customer contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating mobile network implementation work.
- Support the drive for continuous improvements in the implementation process.
- Learn to handle mobile network work orders and compensation procedures.
- Contribute to mobile network acceptance procedures and assure the quality of implementation work.
- Collaborate in managing the mobile network workforce under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience on implementation projects
- Organize and coordinate work
- Manage Roll Out
- Handle Work Orders And compensation
- Participate in sourcing activities
- Participate in Tender Phase
- Introduce new products and methods
- Acceptance Procedures
- Plan and follow-up of quality Assurance
- Manage Workforce
Location: Lisbon – hybrid work model
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
