Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Human Resources Project Manager to streamline and oversee our HR compliance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our HR processes and practices align with local laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role requires a self-driven individual with strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, experience in designing and implementing compliance programs, and excellent communication skills. As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of compliance and ethics within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies in the Belgium.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR compliance programs to align with local legislation.

- Collaborate with the Legal and HR teams to review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring their compliance with Dutch laws.

- Conduct periodic audits to assess HR processes and practices for compliance, identifying potential areas of improvement.

- Provide guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and employees on compliance-related matters.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor regulations and advise HR and management on necessary adaptations to ensure compliance.

- Investigate and address compliance issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures where required.

- Develop and deliver training sessions on compliance topics to enhance awareness and ensure adherence to HR compliance policies.

- Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external auditors during compliance audits or investigations.

- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and ensure consistent compliance standards across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR compliance management, preferably within an international or technology-driven organization.

- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing compliance programs and policies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of driving change and fostering a compliance culture within the organization.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
