Responsibilities:

Employee life cycle & Employee relation: You are responsible for the onboarding, integration and exit progress. The tasks include, coordinating, facilitating orientation programs for new employees and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including

You perform as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. To address and resolve employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.

HR payroll support: You are the primary contact person for payroll interface between employees and payroll vendor. To provide monthly payroll report, update new onboarding/exit/special payroll cases and communicate concisely and timely to multi-country payroll, payroll SSC and payroll vendor.

Compensation and benefit: You are responsible for the registration and payment processes for and compensation and benefits to employees, including hospitalization insurance, group insurance and other HR related services. When necessary, leading the discussion with the supplier and procurement dpt. in order to improve the service quality of the HR supplier.

HR compliance: Follow up the latest development of Belgian labour law and regulation, report to HRM. You will have opportunity to participate in making company policy by respecting local law, interpreting local law to managers, updating the existing company policy.

Training and Development: You are the owner of the module of training and development. The tasks include, checking the external training opportunities, sharing with BU managers, registering the training leave per BU. If necessary, to collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.

Other HR admin work: when necessary, you will take the coordination role of organising recruitment activities (job fairs, student contests...).
