We are looking for a Expert Customer Project Manager - Mobile Network based in Lisbon.

 

Job Role:

The Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently manages their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to manage performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Company business case.

Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety(O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

The CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric mindset to; predict and prevent, analyze and change, isolate and correct by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and refine project plan baselines at an expert level for mobile network projects.
  2. Drive mobile network project execution with a strategic and visionary approach.
  3. Shape and optimize customer and stakeholder engagement strategies in the mobile network sector.
  4. Spearhead complex project finance management for mobile network projects.
  5. Set and exceed expectations for delivery excellence in mobile network projects.
  6. Contribute to Ericsson-wide advanced knowledge and skills evolution in mobile network telecommunications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree with 10+ years of expertise in leading large-scale mobile network projects.

 

Competencies:

  • Mastery of project management, financial acumen, risk management, and mobile network standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ericsson's entire mobile network portfolio and industry innovations.
  • Advanced consultative skills, customer insight, and ability to lead in mobile network telecommunications.
  • High-level expertise in data analytics and security knowledge in the mobile network domain.

 

Location: Lisbon – hybrid work model
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
