We are looking for a Delivery Manager - Mobile Network based in Lisbon.
Job Role:
Implementation Management is data driven to create insights and trends to effectively and efficiently manage all implementation services while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice The Implementation Manager adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety (O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
We are looking for an Implementation Management professional to lead, coordinate and support technical solutions within network implementation organization. The role will be responsible for mobile network deployment and manage all implementation services including network design, site acquisition, civil works, installation, integration services etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage field activities and personnel from Ericsson, customer, and suppliers
- Lead deployment tasks according to Ericsson requirements and customer contract
- Set safety guidelines for site related activities and take measures accordingly
- Implement Ericsson automation tools and digitized platforms in project delivery
- Improve project lead time and resource from end-to-end deployment perspective
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Telecommunication, Engineering, or related discipline
Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge in network deployment activities
- Min 3 years of experience in Telecom industry
- Deep understanding in site engineering, installation, integration, and acceptance
- Good collaboration skills across different functional teams in project deployment
- Pro-active and customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and Ericsson tools
- Proficiency in English
Location: Lisbon – hybrid work model
Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
