Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for an energetic and committed Shift Leader who, together with the management team, ensures smooth operations, a strong team spirit, and a smile on every guest’s face.
As a Shift Leader, you lead during your shift, keep an overview, and act as the point of contact for your team. You motivate, guide, and create a safe and positive work environment where quality and atmosphere go hand in hand.
What will you do?
- Open or close the restaurant independently.
- Lead the team with clarity, enthusiasm, and respect.
- Ensure top quality, speed, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash registers, administration, and reporting during your shift.
- Train, coach, and support (new) team members on the floor.
- Maintain a positive and motivating team atmosphere.
What do you bring?
- Initial experience in a leadership role within hospitality or retail.
- Flexible mindset: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Stress-resistant, positive, and hands-on attitude.
- Guest-oriented with strong motivational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch or English (additional languages are a plus).
