We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for our new Fashion Clinic Home store!
This role will be responsible for
- Welcoming customers to our store and provide an exceptional Client experience in Store;
- Show, promote and sell our brands and products and promote cross selling between Amorim Luxury Brands;
- Provide the best client experience ensuring 100% satisfaction in each visit;
- Manage all purchases, returns and exchange;
- Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;
- Manage Store Inventories and stock control;
- Manage Store visual merchandising;
About you
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Deep focus on customer service and service standards;
- Sales technology support systems knowledge (Primavera & Sales Force);
- Passionate about Fashion and luxury retail;
- Excellent communication skills and empathy;
- High level of personal organization and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus);
- Availability to work weekends and night schedule
