Your Role
As our Doorman, you'll be the welcoming face of JNcQUOI House, setting the tone for our guests' luxury experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
Exceptional Welcomes: Greet all guests with a warm, professional, and personalized welcome, assisting with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure.
Anticipating Needs: Proactively assist guests with directions, transportation, and general inquiries, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding Lisbon.
Maintaining Impeccable Presence: Ensure the hotel entrance and surrounding area are always pristine and inviting, reflecting the sophisticated ambiance of JNcQUOI House.
Providing Security & Safety: Remain vigilant and observant, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property while maintaining a discreet and professional demeanor.
Collaborating with the Team: Work seamlessly with the concierge, front desk, and valet teams to ensure a coordinated and fluid guest experience.
You Are
You're a naturally hospitable individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to provide the highest level of service, possessing:
Luxury Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end service environments, is a plus.
Impeccable Presentation: A polished and professional appearance, reflecting the elegant standards of JNcQUOI House.
Outstanding Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Knowledge of multiple languages is a significant advantage.
Proactive & Observant: Able to anticipate guest needs and act quickly and discreetly to assist them.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and assisting with luggage as required.
