As a Concierge Agent at Amorim Luxury, you will be part of a high-performance team dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for our clients. You will handle requests across multiple channels, curate bespoke solutions, and ensure seamless service throughout all Amorim Luxury touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, messaging, email, and digital platforms.
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and tailored experiences across our hospitality, retail, events, and club environments.
  • Proactively suggest curated experiences, anticipate client needs, and support cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service execution.
  • Uphold the “Culture of Yes” by finding creative, client-centric solutions to every request.
  • Support the adoption of new digital tools and service workflows.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and contribute to a motivated, high-performing team culture.
Preferred Background and Requirements:
  • 2+ years in luxury hospitality, premium retail, lifestyle management, or high-end customer service.
  • Experience in hotel front office, concierge services, or luxury travel is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and omnichannel communication platforms.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or Spanish is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented even in fast-paced scenarios.
  • Passion for luxury, gastronomy, culture, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
