Trainees

Wij zoeken gemotiveerde starters die beide benen stevig op de grond hebben, maar uitgaan van: ‘the sky is the limit’. Doorzetters met een brede interesse, die uiteindelijk groeien richting een specialistische of leidinggevende rol.

Tijdens het traineeprogramma ontwikkel je je op diverse vlakken, zowel vakinhoudelijk als leidinggevend. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat bij ons centraal. Je start als leidinggevende in een operationele afdeling. Daarna doorloop je verschillende functies, waardoor je steeds andere aspecten van ons werk tegenkomt: operationele, technische en commerciële innovaties, maar bijvoorbeeld ook duurzaamheid of kwaliteit. Je werkt 4 dagen in een vaste functie of rol en hebt daarnaast een vaste projectdag per week. Je wordt hierbij gecoacht door een lid van het MT, neemt deel aan intervisie en spart met je HR Businesspartner. Door onze intensieve samenwerking met zowel klanten als leveranciers, krijg je een diepgaande kennis van de hele keten. Een unieke kans om de wereld van groenten en fruit tot in detail te leren kennen.

In het eerste jaar doe je veel operationele ervaring op. In het tweede jaar gaan we verdiepen. Daarbij kijken we naar jou als individu en maken we gebruik van assessments en trainingen om jouw ontwikkeling optimaal vorm te geven.

Functie :

De Business Development Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het actief opsporen van nieuwe klanten, markten, partnerschappen en commerciële mogelijkheden, en deze omzetten in duurzame zakelijke relaties voor Benelux.

Verantwoordelijkheden :

New business development

• De eerste focus ligt op het detecteren en realiseren van nieuwe opportuniteiten en klanten met een focus op onze ‘innight delivery’ toekomststrategie.
• Deze rol zal stelselmatig evolueren naar een bredere Benelux sales rol, dit zowel voor de logistieke diensten van pers-gerelateerde producten, innight delivery logistieke producten, wholesales, trademarketing, alternatieve retail.
• We zoeken daarom bewust een profiel met sterke business development en sales hunting capaciteiten om mee te bouwen aan nieuwe commerciële innovatieve modellen en kanalen (food & non-food, press & non-press).
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van voorstellen en offertes, het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen, het afsluiten van contracten en samenwerkingsverbanden.

Team development

• Deze rol zal een belangrijke functie vervullen bij de ontwikkeling van een sterk ‘new business’ sales team binnen onze organisatie. Deze rol zal betrokken zijn bij het identificeren van het nodige sales talent en de nodige coaching en ontwikkeling voorzien om de sales competenties te versterken.
• Het ‘new business’ sales team zal namelijk actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten en partners aanboren en instaan voor het opbouwen van een pipeline van prospects. Actief benaderen van potentiële nieuwe klanten via netwerking, events, telefoon acties, e-mail acties, websites, en sociale media, campagnes, etc.

Pre-sales en relatiebeheer

• Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met besluitvormers.
• Begrijpen van de behoeften en uitdagingen van prospects.
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe potentiële klanten.

Sales strategie en actieplan

• Vertalen van de door het directieteam vooropgestelde strategische doelstellingen naar duidelijk gedefinieerde sales targets op korte, middel lange en langer termijn en concreet actieplan teneinde deze doelstellingen te kunnen realiseren.
• Hierbij doe je het nodige voor de ontwikkeling en en set-up (in samenwerking met andere departementen, zoals onder meer met financial controlling) van de nodige reportings en KPI’s teneinde grondige analyse te kunnen doen van oa :
  • de financiële KPI’s (zoals bijvoorbeeld EBITDA-impact, Gross margin, Return on sales, Budgetopvolging, Commissies/bonussen, … ),
  • de commerciële opvolging (zoals bijvoorbeeld de Open opportuniteiten, Activiteiten per verkoper, Pipeline health, Forecast dashboard, Aging van deals, Klantcontactfrequentie, … ),
  • de forcastings (Verwachte omzet komende maanden, Forecast accuracy, Kansgewogen pipeline, Contract renewals, Upsell/cross-sell verwachtingen, … ) , etc.
  • de eventuele commerciële en financiële risico’s, …

Markanalyse

• In kaart brengen van de marktevoluties en de marktpositie van de concurrenten op basis van marktonderzoek teneinde te kunnen inspelen op commerciële opportuniteiten en een sterke positie in te nemen ten opzichte van de concurrenten.

Business cases

• Ontwikkeling van realistische business cases om voor te leggen aan het directieteam, toezien op een consistente prijszetting en de correctheid van de uitgaande offertes teneinde de klant een eerlijk en correct voorstel te doen.
• De commerciële ideeën en business cases worden systematisch intern grondig afgetoetst met de logistieke operaties inzake haalbaarheid. Hiervoor voer je het nodige interne overleg met alle stakeholders (operations, finance, IT, project, HR, transport, legal, facility, support services, … ), inzake budget, timing, interne organisatie, etc. Op deze manier streven we onder meer naar standaardisatie van nieuwe logistieke processen waar mogelijk, met toekomstig potentieel inzake upscaling naar andere klanten.

Stakeholder management

• Je initieert pilootprojecten in nieuwe markten en kanalen en trekt de implementatie van deze projecten zelf ook mee op gang binnen/buiten de organisatie in samenwerking met alle betrokken stakeholders.
• Je bent eveneens een belangrijke gesprekspartner binnen de Bnode group aangaande new business development opportuniteiten, je legt hiervoor zowel re-actief als pro-actief de nodige linken met de andere entiteiten binnen de Bnode group om bepaalde business opportuniteiten en synergieën te bespreken, te analyseren en te concretiseren naar concrete projecten.
• Jouw team werkt zeer nauw samen met het accountmanagement team die de bestaande klanten kwalitatief opvolgt en verder uitbouwt. Nauwe samenwerking met marketing, assortimentsbeheer en supportteams (customer admin team, contact center team, master data team, … ).

Zelfontwikkeling

• Je houdt je kennis actief up-to-date en blijft permanent op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van regelgeving (incoterms, taxen, douanepraktijken,...) en andere evoluties in de markt (zoals AI mogelijkheden, … ) teneinde de geloofwaardigheid permanent te verstevigen door een dienst aan te bieden die continu gebaseerd is op geactualiseerde kennis.

MISSIONS :

Encadré(e) et formé(e) par la Responsable Marketing, vous évoluerez sur 3 missions principales :

1. Gestion de projets trade marketing
   • Participation à l’animation des marques dans les réseaux CHR & GMS ;
   • Mise en place et suivi du plan publi-promotionnel dans les réseaux CHR & GMS ;
   • Elaboration d’outils d’aide à la vente (argumentaires, fiches produits, plaquettes de gamme, plan promo, plan de vente, …) pour les équipes commerciales, et des supports de communication ;
   • Gestion et suivi de la plateforme web dédiée au CHR pour la création d’outils spécifiques (cartes bières, affiches bières, QR code, …) ;
   • Rôle d’interface entre les services internes (marketing, force de vente) et les interlocuteurs externes (agences, imprimeurs) ;
   • Collaboration au développement des outils PLV spécifiques.
2. Compréhension du marché et veille concurrentielle
   • Suivi du marché et des performances des marques ;
   • Assurer la veille concurrentielle à travers les sources qui sont à sa disposition (online, offline) pour anticiper les évolutions du marché et identifie les nouvelles attentes consommateurs puis établit des reportings réguliers.
3. Communication
   • Gestion de la communication externe de l’entreprise et du calendrier éditoral (LinkedIn)
