LUCA School of Arts is een creatieve hub voor bijna 5.000 mensen: meer dan 4.000 studenten en 800 collega’s. Aan hen biedt LUCA een onderwijs- en onderzoeksomgeving om hun creatief talent verder te ontplooien. Dat doen we via opleidingen hoger onderwijs in het brede domein van de kunsten, en via artistiek onderzoek, ingebed binnen een geassocieerde Faculteit Kunsten aan KU Leuven. LUCA heeft campussen in vier steden: Gent, Brussel, Leuven en Genk. LUCA is lid van de Associatie KU Leuven en de European University Alliance FilmEU.

Functiecontext

Als Senior Marketingmedewerker ondersteun je het diensthoofd communicatie bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de marketingstrategie van LUCA School of Arts. Je vertaalt het beleidsplan naar een heldere en krachtige marketing- en communicatiestrategie en zet die om in concrete acties, campagnes en dossiers.

Je draagt actief bij aan de positionering van LUCA als dé School of Arts en werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het merk LUCA. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in rekruteringscampagnes en weet als geen ander de verhalen, projecten en actualiteit van onze opleidingen te vertalen naar aantrekkelijke en relevante communicatie voor verschillende doelgroepen.

Functie

• Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van de marketingstrategie van LUCA en vertaalt het beleidsplan naar concrete marketing- en communicatieacties.
• Je schrijft en beheert het marketing- en communicatieplan van LUCA.
• Je werkt samen met verschillende diensten en opleidingen binnen LUCA en vertaalt hun communicatie- en marketingbehoeften naar sterke campagnes en concrete acties.
• Je bedenkt, ontwikkelt en realiseert campagnes en bepaalt welke kanalen, formats en content het meest geschikt zijn om verschillende doelgroepen te bereiken.
• Je werkt zelfstandig marketingdossiers, campagneconcepten en voorstellen uit en weet die helder te onderbouwen.
• Je schrijft vlot en creatief en hebt een scherp oog voor beeld, vormgeving en detail.
• Je denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze digitale communicatie en volgt nieuwe mogelijkheden, formats en trends op.
• Je volgt de resultaten van campagnes op en gebruikt inzichten en data om content en campagnes verder te optimaliseren. Meten is weten.
• Je rapporteert aan het diensthoofd communicatie.
• Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands en kunt je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.

Als Local Manager “Box Office” maak je deel uit van het managementteam van een bioscoop complex onder de vleugels van de Theatre Manager. Je hebt twee grote resultaatgebieden namelijk “Box office management” en “Duty management”.

In je rol van Duty Manager (verantwoordelijke manager van de dag) motiveer je het team van die dag om elke bezoeker die unieke bioscoop ervaring te geven die Kinepolis zijn klanten belooft.

We are looking for an Amazing: DevOps 

Seniority: Mid-level (5+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related role;
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery processes;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments;  
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies;
• Experience with Git and version control systems, as well as branching and deployment strategies;
• Strong scripting and automation skills using technologies such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python;
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, security, and infrastructure concepts;
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions;
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern software development practices;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional development teams;
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
